- Emeco Transport signed long term contracts with many multinational companies in Egypt for staff transportation to and from the company premises. Some of theses companies are:

• Smart Village
• HP Egypt
• Telecom Egypt

- We are in the process of signing contracts with Itisalat Misr, Alcatel Egypt and Microsoft.

- By the end of 2007, Emeco Transport would be providing Transportation service inside Port Ghalib.

Looking to the Future

Experts in selecting the appropriate vehicles for operation in Egypt, we own and operate a luxurious fleet chosen from reputable international brands. Purchasing of such vehicles is made following our unification policy.

Operation

We provide Employee Transportation clients advice on the best vehicles for use in Egypt, specifically the functionality and maintenance of each vehicle, and we purchase the preferred fleet requested by the client.

Emeco Transport provides a full consultation services and suggests operation schedules and bus station/stops to ensure professional employee transportation and smooth daily running distances and vehicle operation.

Maintenance, Repair and Renovation

We have our own 6,000sqm maintenance garage in El Marioteya which features a car wash.

All vehicles are brand new and the most recent model available in the market.

Using advanced computer management systems, Emeco Transport conducts preventive maintenance on vehicles, applicable to standards of the manufacturing company.

Emeco Transport uses advanced computer systems for vehicle inspections before and after operation.

All vehicles are insured according to the current value of the car.

Each passenger is insured (public liability) for up to L.E. 25,000.

In case of sudden breakdown, the vehicle is replaced as soon as possible to avoid affecting daily operations.

Any complaint concerning the vehicle is seriously investigated and appropriate action will be taken within 48 hours from receiving the complaint. The complainant will be advised officially about the results of investigation and the decision to be taken.

Subject to the contract, new vehicles are replaced periodically.

Emeco Transport employees are highly qualified staff consisting of Supervisors, Administrators, Engineers and Drivers.

Driver Qualifications

• High or medium level educational qualifications
• Valid occupational driving license
• No criminal record
• Attend specialized courses before starting work to ensure their technical and ethical reliability

Driver Management

Subject to surprise medical check ups to ensure they are free of contagious diseases and drug and alcohol abuse

All drivers wear a pre-determined uniform

In order to avoid affecting the work process, substitute drivers are available

The driver is committed to executing his/her specified job and is not allowed to change or amend duties without a direct order from management, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances that require immediate action.

All driver complaints are seriously investigated and appropriate action is taken within 48 hours from receiving the complaint. The complainant is advised officially about the results of the investigation and the decision to be taken.

Drivers are provided with means of modern communication facilities such as mobile phones and walky-talky etc.
